Job Summary


The Operational Risk Management Lead will be responsible for leading the operational risk management function in the organization, ensuring that the company's risk management framework is effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities



• Coordinate the Loss Event Reporting in the Operational Loss collection databases and ensure timely reporting with accurate data.
• Take the lead on incident investigation and ensure adequate remediation plans are defined and tracked to resolution.



Operational Risk Management


The Operational Risk Management Lead will be responsible for performing Annual RCSA assessment for identified Business Units / Support Functions and support Regional (OSM's) to conduct interviews for RCSA that will be performed centrally.



Local Governance


Organise and lead Operational Risks and Controls Committee (ORCC), Outsourcing Committee, 3RC, Business Continuity Management Committee in line with terms of reference defined.



Training and Awareness


Define the required local and transversal training needs related to operational risk and control environment, including new joiner training and refresher trainings to all staff.



Regulation Adaptation


Participation in the review, analysis and adaptation (in priority via regional approach) of local regulation related to operational risks.



Business Continuity Management


As local BCM manager support crisis management during an actual crisis.



Outsourced Services


Act as OS Relay, coordinating the deployment of new framework on Outsourced Services as well as operational monitoring campaigns.



Cybersecurity


Act as local entry point in the assessment of the implementation of regional / global standards on Data & Cyber Security related aspects.



Requirements



  • Strong in reporting MS excel, word, ppt, Power BI Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective interpersonal skills Ability to develop strong partnerships across the organization, diffuse conflict, and work toward agreement Superior writing skills especially in development of clear and effective procedures Lead discussions with business leaders and risk managers on specific topics (Issues, queries, data analysis, new requirement)
  • Knowledge of national as well as international regulators, regulations, standard and directives (BASEL, Sarbanes–Oxley Act)
  • Strong in reporting (MS excel, word, ppt, Power BI)
  • Focus on Quality and Efficiency Implement robust quality assurance checks and controls throughout the reporting processes.
