Job Summary:

  • As a sales professional in the travel industry, your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into confirmed bookings by handling inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
  • You will consult with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements, presenting tailored itineraries and offers in a professional manner.
  • Maintain follow-up with potential clients to ensure conversions and build long-term customer relationships through excellent after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with operations and product teams to execute bookings smoothly, achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle all customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Consult with customers to identify their needs and preferences, recommending suitable travel options and packages.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their expectations and delivering personalized experiences.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, utilizing this knowledge to enhance customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proficient English communication skills for domestic and international clients.
  • Prior experience in travel sales / customer service / hospitality is preferred.
  • Negotiation and persuasive selling skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and itineraries is beneficial.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling) is required.
