About our role: We are seeking a seasoned SCADA engineer to lead the design and deployment of Ignition applications across manufacturing operations. With expertise in real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions, you will ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical leadership skills in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics.

  • We require a strong background in MES functions, production tracking, OEE downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, and other related processes.
  • Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent is essential.
  • Familiarity with OT/IT integration technologies including REST APIs, MQTT, OPC UA, and others is required.

This role offers a chance to mentor junior engineers, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to the development of industrial databases, SQL historian, and timeseries databases for high availability and performance.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects, leveraging your experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms, cybersecurity best practices in OT environments, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and relevant certifications.

  • 3-8 years of experience in SCADA/MES engineering
  • Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation
