As a seasoned operations professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our interior projects. Your focus will be on managing the final phase of our projects, which includes overseeing delivery and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all last-mile operations, including site readiness, deliveries, installations, snags, and project handovers.
  • Coordinate with the central IMOS team and on-ground execution teams to ensure alignment in project timelines, quality standards, and objectives.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources for installation activities across multiple project sites.
  • Monitor site operations, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to maintain project flow.
  • Track and report progress using project management tools.
  • Maintain close coordination with design, procurement, quality control, and warehouse teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards on-site.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out, modular furniture, or project execution roles, preferably with a focus on last-mile or IMOS operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills with hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of installation processes, material handling, and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
