Job Title:

Interior Designer Head

The position of Interior Designer Head is responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure creative excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinating the planning, organization, and execution of interior design projects from start to finish, including managing timelines, resources, and ensuring project success.
  • Client Communication: Understanding client needs and preferences, providing clear updates, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Design Execution: Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate them into practical and visually appealing spaces.
  • Coordination: Coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving potential problems proactively, ensuring projects stay within timeline and budget.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring everyone is working towards common goals.

This role requires a strong background in managing large-scale interior design projects, possessing excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of the interior design team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 members in Interior Design.
