Client Acquisition Specialist

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and providing them with a superior service experience.

• Acquire new customers to expand our customer base
• Explain Jio recharges to existing customers, promoting retention and growth
• Assist customers in completing their Jio recharge transactions
• Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers, increasing revenue and market share
• Resolve customer queries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and advocacy

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. You should have basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, and sales and customer handling skills. Additionally, you must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a goal-oriented mindset.
