Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Holland Advisors. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, revenue line items, business KPIs, balance sheet, and providing insights to management.

You will also be responsible for preparation and presentation of monthly review decks, dashboards, and financial metrics for senior management reviews. This includes reasoning and analysis of variances with respect to AOP, estimates, prior month, and previous year. Additionally, you will closely coordinate with various stakeholders across the entity for segment-wise profitability analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Oracle/SAP, and MS Access. You should have hands-on experience in financial analysis and monthly closing responsibilities, with problem-solving abilities and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
