Job Title: LMS Administrator and Instructional Design Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an LMS Administrator and Instructional Design Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user experience and efficient content management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage system administration tasks, including workflow configuration, business rules, and permission management
  • Drive the development of new features to enhance our learning offerings
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine course content
  • Ensure all content is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent
  • Administer and maintain the Docebo LMS
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience managing an LMS, preferably Docebo
  • Experience with data integrations between systems (Workato, Docebo Connect, Webhooks, APIs, etc.)
  • Analytical skills with experience in generating and interpreting reports and developing proposals for improvement
  • Experience with video and audio editing
  • Experience managing online training content
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
  • Experience with SSO authentication
