Job Title: SAP Telecommunications Charging Specialist

About the Job:
SAP telecommunication charging specialists play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient billing processes for telecom businesses. As an experienced professional in this field, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP-CC applications to manage charging, rating, and billing processes for both pre-paid and post-paid services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement charge plans, charge logic, allowance plans, and allowance logic to manage complex billing scenarios.
- Configure system configuration testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of billing processes.
- Develop and implement credit management and shared allowance concepts to optimize revenue recognition and minimize losses.
- Implement aggregation of charged items, billable items mapping, and consumption item mapping to streamline billing processes.
- Design and implement global and customer-specific rating/price determination models to maximize revenue growth.
- Develop and implement rerating processes to adjust billing rates based on changing market conditions.
- Integrate custom-built interfaces with external systems to expand billing capabilities.
- Configure custom-specific macros, usage rates, one-shot rates, and recurring rates to accommodate diverse billing requirements.
- Develop and implement agreement tables to manage complex billing contracts.
- Implement exception handling scenarios, event-based requests, and session-based requests to ensure robust billing processes.
- Integrate CRM, CI, TIBCO, MZ, and other SAP/non-SAP systems to expand billing capabilities.
- Develop and implement pre-paid, post-paid, and pre-on-post-charging & rating functionality to accommodate diverse billing needs.
- Implement deferred revenue recognition processes in the service industry to optimize revenue growth.
- Design and implement enterprise rating & billing functionalities to enhance billing efficiency.

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in greenfield projects or end-to-end projects related to rating and billing.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP-CC applications and their configurations.
- Strong understanding of telecom business processes and billing requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
