Influencer Marketing Role

At our organization, we are on the lookout for a skilled Influencer Marketing Executive who can assist us in taking our influencer initiatives to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for discovering new talent, coordinating collaborations, managing outreach, and tracking performance across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

  • We're seeking someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields. If you're passionate about building relationships with influencers and creators, and ensuring timely communication, then this role might be perfect for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Discovery & Outreach:
  • Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
  • Reach out to influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.
Campaign Coordination:
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Content & Engagement Tracking:
  • Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
  • Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
  • Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.
Relationship Management:
  • Help build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation within set boundaries.
Cross-team Support:
  • Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for content amplification.
  • Support influencer gifting and event campaigns (if applicable).
