Job Title: Cloud IAM Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team.

  • Manage and support Microsoft IAM operations, including Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
  • Oversee Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity & Access concepts.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AAD Connect and Azure SSO.
  • Support and maintain Azure B2C operations.
  • Collaborate on IAM projects across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience in IAM, including Azure AD operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and models: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, RBAC, ABAC.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Practical experience with hybrid and multi-cloud IAM, including federation or SCIM-based provisioning.
