As a Senior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating bespoke interior design solutions for our discerning clientele. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and utilizing your expertise to develop innovative designs that meet their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design Leadership: Oversee the design process from initial consultation to final project delivery, ensuring that every client receives a personalized and exceptional experience.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and empathy, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Design Development: Utilize your creative skills and industry knowledge to develop and refine designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and practical.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

You will be working closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance our design offerings and customer satisfaction.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Design Skills: Proven ability to create high-quality designs that meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and technologies, as well as a deep understanding of residential design principles.

A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience. A diploma in Architecture is also acceptable. You should have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and creativity.
