Lead ETL Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Lead ETL Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of our data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ETL testing, data quality assurance, and proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient ETL processes to ensure high-quality data delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ETL testing, data quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, data models, and database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, or custom scripting for data tests).
Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience working with large-scale data environments, data lakes, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and proficiency in BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, will be highly valued.

A strong understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) for test automation is also desirable.
