We are seeking an experienced Static Equipment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and detailing pressure vessels, tall columns, storage tanks, and heat exchangers.

Responsibilities of the job include:

  • Designing and detailing static equipment for various industrial applications
  • Preparing technical specifications and strength calculations
  • Coordinating with vendors for material requisition and RFQs
  • Evaluating technical bids and purchasing requisitions
  • Reviewing vendor documents and managing vendor relationships
  • Maintaining good grasp of international codes related to the field such as ASME B&PV code, EN code, API 650, API 620, API 660, TEMA etc.

Key skills required for this position include:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices
  • Ability to prepare detailed technical specifications and calculations
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of international codes and standards
