Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable professional to support our finance operations.
About the Role:
- This role will involve preparing daily sales reports, auditing revenue transactions for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Cashiering duties include collecting and counting cashier envelopes daily, recording amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report, and supervising outlet cashiering staff.
- Accounting responsibilities involve conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining proper filing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Physical Demands:
- Frequent sitting, use of hands, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional standing, walking, and performing tasks that require physical exertion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems.
- Attention to detail with the ability to assess financial information.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
