Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our Global Delivery team. As an IT Help Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues within SLA guidelines.
  • Provide support for O365 Administrator/VLSC portal, AD & Azure AD, mail configuration, and basic networking knowledge.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Mails (Outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019 Microsoft O365), LAN/WAN, router, switches, and WIFI Access Point.
  • Perform office 365 license assignment, attribute updates via active directory, and supporting end-user migration.
  • Assign roles and licenses to users based on service requests.
  • Install OS and servers, create corporate windows images, share folders, drives, printers, and scanners.
  • Create Active Directory-related activities, manage domain environments, and provide remote support using Team Viewer, Skype.
  • Troubleshoot VPN issues, configure data cards, assemble hardware upgrades, and support mobile device configuration.
  • Manage Win Magic, Bit Locker, Safe Boot, and Encryption, as well as handle VIP calls and escalation.
  • Coordinate vendor interactions, setup video conference calls, prepare training rooms, and ensure efficient problem-solving.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in providing technical support to end-users.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems and relevant certifications.
  • Experience with ITIL-based tools for day-to-day operations and familiarity with software applications like Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
