Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Operations Director to join our team at Professional HR services.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital, including maintaining patient care standards and supervising nursing staff.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in sales/marketing or store handling.

You will be responsible for addressing concerns from family members, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring the unit meets federal and state regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the health and well-being of resident patients
  • Serving as the main point of contact between residents and their families
  • Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
  • Developing, implementing, and adjusting patient care plans as needed
  • Supervising, counseling, and providing discipline when necessary to nurse staff
  • Ensuring the unit meets federal and state regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management
  • Proven track record of success in improving patient care standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
