Lead Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our team as a full-time Social Studies educator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, tracking student progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

• This position requires the ability to create comprehensive course objectives, prepare materials, and track student performance.
• The successful candidate will have strong teaching skills, a solid academic background, and excellent communication skills.

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Gather and organize learning materials and resources
• Create and implement effective lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives
• Analyze and assist students in identifying their strengths and weaknesses
• Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student growth and development
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Ensure students have access to necessary learning aids and textbooks
• Organize and accompany students on field trips and educational excursions
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development programs
• Support students in preparing for debates and other extracurricular activities
• Keep accurate records of student grades and progress
• Assign projects and assessments to promote student engagement and learning

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in History, Geography, or a related field
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school (preferably)
• Excellent teaching and academic skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
