Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS reporting and client handling roles. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a thorough understanding of MIS reporting, and the ability to interact effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met while maintaining the integrity of the data and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Analyze data and present actionable insights to management and clients.
  • Prepare custom reports and dashboards as per client requirements.
Client Handling
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely delivery of reports.
  • Manage client queries related to reports and data interpretation, providing clarification and solutions.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
Data Management
  • Maintain and update databases ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Monitor data flow and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Process Optimization
  • Identify process improvements in MIS systems and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to implement automation and software enhancements.
Coordination and Communication
  • Work closely with internal teams (finance, operations, and IT) to collect, organize, and present data for client reports.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using MIS tools and reporting systems.
Compliance and Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain confidentiality of client and company data.
  • Maintain proper documentation of processes, reporting formats, and client communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS reporting and client handling roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), especially advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
