Visual Storyteller Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled designer to help us educate millions of Indians about personal finance and tax-related topics through engaging, thumb-stopping visuals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp, and be able to create clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design daily social content: Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art.
  • Maintain and evolve our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.
  • Create data-informed design: Iterate based on performance metrics with rapid A/B tests.
  • Collaborate with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Support motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit simple reels when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, searchable library of design files and templates.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media (finance/fintech is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic After Effects/Premiere for motion.
  • Comfort with data visualization and turning numbers into clean, digestible graphics.
  • Solid typography & layout fundamentals, with sharp attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to work in fast sprints, manage multiple briefs, and deliver on deadlines.
