Test Automation Strategist

Job Description:
The Test Automation Strategist is responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies that enhance the efficiency and scalability of test processes across functional and non-functional testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for telco systems.
- Evaluate and select tools and technologies that align with the telecom Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Develop and maintain high-quality automated test scripts following best practices.
- Integrate automated tests into the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Optimize test scripts for performance and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the automation framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, JUnit, and TestNG. Experience automating tests for mobile telco systems. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
