Medical Content and Review Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Content and Review Specialist to join our team at EVERSANA. As a Medical Content and Review Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the MLR review process, including scheduling, setting agendas, and leading Review Committee meetings.
- Ensure all covered communications are properly vetted through the review process using the online review system.
- Verify that materials are assigned to the appropriate review path and reject incomplete submissions and materials that are not review-ready.
- Facilitate and document discussion in live meetings and ensure that all administrative and program management support for the client's MLR process operates effectively and in full compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations.
- Graduate degree in a Life Sciences or Biomedical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare agency or pharmaceutical company.
- Experience with use of Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
