As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for leading the west region's business development initiatives. This includes driving revenue targets and strategic growth plans to elevate the company's market presence.
Key responsibilities include executing and overseeing advisory assignments, representing the company to clients, and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. You will also manage and develop a high-performing team, focusing on efficiency improvement, talent nurturing, and consistent service delivery.
Market research, trend analysis, and industry knowledge are crucial in providing strategic insights to clients and internal teams. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders is essential in identifying cross-selling opportunities within the company's portfolio.
The role requires compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications- Extensive experience in property consulting with a proven track record in various assignments
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field MRICS preferred
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage P&L, and meet revenue targets
- Excellent business development skills and understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels
