**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Executive Financial Consultant to join our team at GlassBridge Consulting. As a key member of our financial services group, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to build a successful career in financial planning and wealth management. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop personalized financial plans that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments with clients and conducting meetings to gather financial information and understand their objectives and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
  • Conducting in-depth financial assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
  • Developing and presenting comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and risk management.
  • Assessing clients' financial health by analyzing data (income, expenses, investments, etc.).
  • Utilizing knowledge of income tax investment strategies and advising clients on tax planning.
  • Recommending appropriate insurance products to clients, such as life, health, property, casualty, and other types of insurance.
  • Building client relationships by fostering long-term relationships and trust with clients through continuous advice and reviewing clients' insurance needs over time and recommending policy updates as necessary.
  • Providing risk management advice by helping clients identify potential risks and suggesting insurance products or policy adjustments.
  • Conducting policy reviews by periodically reviewing clients' policies to ensure the insurance coverages are still suitable for their customers' changing circumstances and financial goals.
  • Collaborating with clients to review and adjust financial plans based on life events, economic shifts, or regulatory changes.
  • Educating and creating awareness with clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities.
