Role Description
We are seeking a driven professional to join our External Reporting and Control team as a Statutory Accounting Manager. This role will involve delivering high-quality statutory accounts and reports for our companies in a timely manner. The successful candidate will lead the audit process, acting as a point of contact between auditors and subsidiaries, and ensure that reporting deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Statutory accounts and reporting for companies in a timely manner
* Lead the audit process, acting as a point of contact between auditors and subsidiaries
* Prepare timetables and instructions to subsidiaries to ensure reporting deadlines are met
* Implement and maintain new accounting systems
* Review Business Unit performance each accounting period
* Deliver ad-hoc projects to support continuous improvement of statutory reporting and control functions
* Monitor Related party mismatches between WD3- WD6 and Promotion and Demotion tracker for divisions

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong Excel experience
* Qualified Accountant with relevant post-qualification experience
* Committed team player with a proven ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong technical accounting experience
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and use these relationships to get results
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
