Software Engineering Position

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team. As a microservices engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable software systems.

This role involves writing high-quality, well-designed, and robust software that works at scale. You will also design APIs and software architecture for collegial review, write tests that validate software behavior, build and maintain reliable, fault-tolerant applications and services, collaborate proactively with a globally distributed team, display technical leadership internally and within our external communities, debug issues and produce high-quality solutions to resolve them, contribute to technical documentation to make it the best of its kind, discuss, contribute to, and collaborate across teams at Canonical.

You will have the opportunity to work from home with global travel twice annually for company events. We consider geographical location, experience, and performance in shaping compensation worldwide. We revisit compensation annually (and more often for graduates and associates) to ensure we recognize outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus.
