Automation Engineering Lead

Sutherland, a global provider of business process and technology management services, is seeking an AI Manager (L5) to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions. This role will manage cross-functional teams of AI developers, data scientists, and MLOps engineers to build scalable, production-grade AI systems.

  • Ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment to architectural design.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, BAs, and MLOps engineers to build end-to-end AI workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, with 2–3 years in team leadership roles. Experience delivering projects using GenAI, LLMs, or Transformer models is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate architectural blueprints into executable components, prototypes, and production-ready services.
  • Oversee the development of GenAI applications, RAG pipelines, and agent-based solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in agile delivery environments with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps tools.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration platforms, LLMOps, or auto-evaluation frameworks.
