Required skills and qualifications:

  • Highly desirable: Prior exposure to gifted education, including understanding unique needs and characteristics of gifted individuals.
  • Experience designing and leading initiatives that support gifted learners or professionals, fostering environments that nurture their potential.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating deep expertise and strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to apply industry best practices and adapt to evolving trends.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with demonstrated ability to build diverse, high-performing teams and foster inclusive work environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders and influencing key decision-makers.
