About Our Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented, analytically strong professional to prepare candidates for competitive technical interviews in analytics and data science.

Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting candidates' data-related projects thoroughly, conducting discovery calls to assess technical understanding, creating concise, story-based breakdowns of data workflows and methodologies, and preparing candidates for confident project walkthroughs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization, a good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and business analytics, strong verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to simplify complex data insights into clear business narratives.

This is an on-site role requiring collaboration with global clients. Key responsibilities include guiding candidates in data analysis best practices, documentation, visualization storytelling, and tailored interview preparation, while maintaining quick response times and using effective collaboration tools.

  • Analyze and document candidates' data-related projects thoroughly
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess technical understanding
  • Create concise, story-based breakdowns of data workflows and methodologies
  • Prepare candidates for confident, structured project walkthroughs
  • Conduct analytics-focused Q&A coaching and pre-interview readiness sessions
  • Share customized interview strategies and data project documentation
  • Assist during mock interviews with real-time analytical guidance
  • Maintain up-to-date question banks and relevant project insights
  • Explain statistical concepts, data wrangling techniques, and real-world analytics applications
  • Prepare problem-solving exercises with model solutions
  • Teach data interpretation, visualization best practices, and business storytelling techniques
  • Emphasize practical, scenario-based analytical reasoning
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback after each session
  • Log session outcomes and track candidate progress in detail
  • Flag skill gaps and ensure all coaching activities are documented properly
  • Maintain quick response times and session readiness
  • Manage calendar scheduling and session invites
  • Use collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Docs, and data visualization platforms effectively
