Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Economic Analyst to join our team in researching economic issues, conducting surveys and collecting data, analyzing data using analytical models and statistical techniques, presenting research results in reports, tables, and charts.

About the Role:

  • Research Agenda Planning: Strategize and plan research agendas and report concepts, delivering at least one detailed report within a year.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with ministries, universities, think tanks, and other agencies in research assignments, co-authoring at least one report/publication with Government/Academia.
  • Topic Identification: Identify agenda/initiatives for research work, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify topics of research.
  • Content Preparation: Prepare discussion points/talking points for various meetings and discussion forums, providing relevant content for effective delivery.
  • Presentation Skills: Make relevant presentations in various fora's, making crisp presentations during committee/council/government meetings.
  • Issue Interpretation: Interpret issues/concerns raised by various stakeholders, recommending solutions to those issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A postgraduate degree in economics from a leading university is required. The ideal candidate will possess thought leadership, strategic thinking, excellent domain knowledge, conceptualization, consultative skills, and effective communication and presentation skills.
