About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Lead to join our Digital Experience Team at Red Hat India Private Limited. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will inspire and collaborate with a team of dedicated software engineers.

Your responsibilities will include communicating and coordinating dates, deliverables, feature requirements, and roadmaps with stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor junior associates to facilitate continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for an experienced software engineer who can lead by example. You should have a strong background in OpenShift or similar Kubernetes platforms, as well as good knowledge of App Services and middleware technologies.

Additionally, you should be able to support front-end applications and have knowledge of JS frameworks like React, Node.js, and TypeScript. Quick learners who can get quickly onboarded and start contributing are preferred.

You should also have experience in maintaining existing modules that have short SLAs and are time-sensitive in case of outages and vulnerabilities.

Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong knowledge of OpenShift or similar Kubernetes platforms
  • Good knowledge of App Services and middleware technologies
  • Ability to support front-end applications
  • Quick learner
  • Experience in maintaining existing modules
