Real Estate Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to spearhead our new project management centre in Bengaluru, India.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our exciting growth and shape the future of real estate in one of India's most vibrant cities. You will take full ownership to drive the performance of the Bengaluru center, responsible for operational leadership, cross-functional team management, cost optimization, and technical delivery across business verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement best-in-class operational processes that align with global standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between HQ and the Bangalore office, ensuring strategic objectives are implemented effectively.
- Lead the office across core functions: Engineering Audit & Cost Control, IT Technical Support (Microsoft Dynamics ERP), Financial Audit, HR & Admin, and Labor Coordination fostering a high-performance work culture.
- Ensure that the center's execution aligns with global business objectives and expectations.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in centre operations, engineering support, preferably within real estate, global contracting, or engineering services.
- Proven track record in technical workforce planning, global coordination, and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
- Sound understanding of BIM, cost control, budgeting, profitability tracking, and operational governance.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
