Job Summary:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable and efficient AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, Autogen, Crew, or PydanticAI.

  • Design and optimize prompt engineering workflows for large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and more.

  • Develop modular, reusable components for agent orchestration and task automation.

  • Deploy models using cloud-native platforms like Databricks and Azure ML, integrating with enterprise-grade systems.

  • Implement APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures for real-time AI services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure deployments.

  • Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate testing and deployment.

  • Maintain high code quality and documentation standards using version control tools like Git and agile methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence or related fields.

  • 1+ years of experience building Generative AI Applications for enterprises, with a deep understanding of workflows like RAG.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern development practices.

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.

  • Experience building AI agents using at least one of Lang Graph, Crew, or PydanticAI.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native deployment strategies and cloud platforms.

  • Understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven systems.

  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices and agile methodologies.

  • Proficiency with using CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and version control (Git).

  • Comfortable using AI-augmented development tools for rapid prototyping.
