AI/ML Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in building high-performing, scalable enterprise-grade ML/AI applications in cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Cloud teams to implement Machine Learning models into production. They will also be expected to design, deliver, and manage industrialized processing pipelines.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, model life-cycle, and AI architectures. They will also have experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python.

In addition, the successful candidate will have at least 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development and practical experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models in cloud environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
  • Develop and manage industrialized processing pipelines
  • Stay up-to-date with modern techniques, tools, and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development
  • Practical experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks
  • Good understanding of ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, model life-cycle, and AI architectures
  • Experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python
