Key Responsibilities:
  • VMC Operating and Setting: The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up VMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Machine Programming and Setup: Our successful candidate will program and set up 2D and 3D machines, verifying the accuracy of control data.
  • DNC Software Operations: The selected candidate will post 3D programs through DNC software to machines, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Quality Control and Monitoring: Our VMC Production Specialist will regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and angle of cut to maintain quality standards.
  • Work Management and Coordination: The ideal candidate will monitor daily work progress, managing action plans, rework, and rejection.
  • Supporting Company Production Requirements: Our successful candidate will provide dedicated support to meet company production requirements at all times.
About This Opportunity

We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
