Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3D designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the visual and functional elements of high-profile commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of BIM models for clients, from LOD 300 to LOD 400 and LOD 500;
  • Designing and creating fabrication drawings for complex projects;
  • Ownership of the entire 3D designing work of a project;
  • Understanding clients' BIM models and creating Facade models in accordance;
  • Work planning and time estimation;
  • Design team capacity analysis and planning;
  • Optimized designs as per project requirement;
  • Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation;
  • Meeting delivery deadlines of design work;
  • Leading the 3D team and aligning organizational needs with team and individual growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in 3D design software;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation;
