Job Title: Project Facilitator

The role of the Project Facilitator is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution. With a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and zoning laws, this individual acts as a bridge between the architectural team and various regulatory authorities.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully navigating regulatory processes and obtaining approvals
  • Proven experience in liaising with government authorities, architects, and project teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure project designs comply with local regulations and building codes
  • Prepare and submit permit applications, drawings, and other documentation to relevant authorities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and municipal bodies for all regulatory matters
  • Monitor and track the progress of permit applications, addressing any issues or modifications required
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and regulations
  • Stay updated on changes in building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on regulatory compliance throughout the construction process
  • Resolve any disputes or issues related to permits or approvals in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, and permit processes
  • Familiarity with construction practices and materials

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Registered Architect license
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
