Expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch, and a strong background in developing end-to-end AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fine-tune large language models and sequence-to-sequence models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Design and develop end-to-end AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Retrieval-Augmented Generator (RAG), and custom frameworks.
  • Ship ideas from prototype to production to customers by leveraging cloud ecosystems and open-source tools.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ML frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
  • Experience fine-tuning and deploying transformer models in real-world applications.
  • At least one shipped AI agent project with significant ownership and freedom in a startup environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • RAG pipelines, LangChain, Azure/AWS/GCP, or open-source contributions.
