Job Title: Senior School Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior School Leader to lead our prestigious co-educational school in Ahmedabad. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to make a lasting impact on the academic journey of our students.

  • In-Charge of the school
  • Academic Administration of the section
  • Teaching English as a PRT
  • Personal supervision of the Teaching-Learning process
  • Communication with Parents, Teachers & Students and resolution of concerns
  • Team-building and work culture

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of academic leadership and a deep understanding of curriculum design and implementation. Responsibilities include preparation of the section timetable, checking weekly lesson plans, anecdotal records, attendance registers, stock registers etc., conducting school and Board examinations, taking responsibility of Results along with the Team, and entire responsibility of teaching-learning process & results.

Key Duties:

  1. Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the school's academic programs, including developing and implementing curriculum initiatives that promote student learning and achievement.
  2. Teaching and Learning: Foster a culture of inquiry and excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  3. Staff Development: Lead professional development programs that enhance teacher skills, knowledge, and practice, promoting collaboration and community among staff members.
  4. Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader community, promoting trust and cooperation through regular communication and collaborative events.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong track record of improving student outcomes and driving academic innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
