About This Opportunity

You will leverage our proprietary AI technology stack to create, refine and evaluate new games and applications on a daily basis. As a hybrid of designer and critic, you will be responsible for developing engaging experiences, reviewing your own work as well as that of your peers, and providing actionable feedback to drive improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Game Development: Deliver fresh content every day using our internal development tools.
  • Quality Assurance & Rating: Conduct thorough reviews of your output, assign a score and document reasons behind your assessment.
  • Prominent Contributions: Engage with fellow team members' work, provide constructive feedback and maintain high standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document successful strategies into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Actionable Insights: Present concise bug reports and UX recommendations to enhance the overall product experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and make data-driven decisions to boost engagement.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with cutting-edge AI technologies (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • A deep understanding of what makes an experience enjoyable and the ability to articulate those reasons.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to critically evaluate ideas and focus resources on the most promising opportunities.
  • Bonus: Basic proficiency in programming languages (light JS/Lua/React), marketing principles or data analysis (basic SQL) is a plus.

Our Evaluation Process:

We offer a one-week trial period. Following evaluation, we will determine whether to move forward with a long-term contract based on performance.
