Article Assistant Job Opportunity

As an Article Assistant, you will be working with overseas companies in various functions including audit, accounts, tax, management information systems, and compliance.

This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, and research while working remotely or from our office location.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Audit and Financial Reporting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Research and Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance -or Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) qualification in progress.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Microsoft Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management.
