About the Role:

This Business Service Analyst position will play a key part in analyzing and refining business processes, focusing heavily on NetSuite and Bullhorn applications. The role will also involve supporting other systems, such as UKG, ADP, Marketo, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Business Analyst team in collaborating with the client to assess, research, and document their needs.
- Identify and diagnose business problems, and develop potential solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation related to business requirements, including user requirements, use cases, wireframes, process flows, and site maps.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external team members.
- Identify issues in a project and escalate or manage their resolution.
- Coordinate and provide support to the business with process implementation.
- Advocate for the client during Sprint cycles to govern workstreams, ensure compliance to requirements, and meet timelines.
- Assist with organizing UAT structure, testing, goals, and results.
- Provide timely updates and communication to the project or task team.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Fill gaps in administrator support, such as prioritizing and responding to support tickets.
- Work with the internal project team to represent the client in all aspects of a project.
- Support the team in planning, development, stabilization, and deployment of user requirements to the overall workflow.
- Support the team in identifying potential solutions, roadblocks, and issues.
- Review user requirements with the technical team at the start of the project to ensure they understand the project requirements.
- Identify and escalate gaps in the proposed solution to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Check-in with the support development team to answer questions and help clear roadblocks.
- Perform quality assurance testing on all deliverables before releasing them to the client.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training as needed to assist with the transition to other internal teams.
- Audit and improve internal processes as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience using Jira or equivalent software planning system.
- Knowledge and experience with NetSuite and/or Bullhorn required; experience and knowledge of ADP and UKG a plus.
- General understanding of Sprint organization and planning.
- Develop and maintain project documentation related to business requirements.
- Experience in process design, including developing and executing process improvements.

Preferred Requirements:

- Project Management experience and knowledge desired.
- Experience in eDiscovery not required but preferred.
- Experience and knowledge with coding and SQL queries a plus.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies; programming logic and workflow concepts; and test planning, coordination, and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products (Power BI, Excel, OneNote, Teams, etc.).
