Job Description

As an Education Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through the process of selecting and applying for undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Counseling prospective students on various program options and admission requirements.
  • Providing detailed information about UG & PG courses.
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.
  • Conducting follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms to convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Supporting students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
