The Role:

You will develop, test, simulate, and deploy high-assurance smart contracts in Aiken, architect and implement complex on-chain logic for DeFi protocols and marketplaces, and collaborate with backend developers to design the integration between Cardano's blockchain and our platforms.

The Requirements:

  • A developer who lives and breathes Cardano.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record of developing and deploying smart contracts on the Cardano blockchain.
  • DeFi/Building Experience: Direct experience building Marketplaces, DEXs, token liquidity pools, OrderBooks & Cardano tokenomics models, or sophisticated markets on Cardano.
  • Aiken & Haskell Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with Aiken and a strong grasp of Haskell and functional programming principles.
  • Architectural Mastery: A strong, practical understanding of the UTXO model, Plutus scripts, and the entire Cardano stack.
  • Security-First Mindset: An unwavering commitment to writing gas-efficient, robust, and supremely secure code.
  • Collaboration Skills: The ability to seamlessly integrate your on-chain logic with off-chain backend infrastructure built by our team.
