Description

The Director of Measurement Foundations will lead a team of Technical Solution Consultants and managers in delivering measurement readiness/foundations solutions in marketing measurement and portfolio management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a measurement readiness or foundations roadmap that aligns with business strategy and OKRs.
  • Establish project goals, align expectations, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership in line with objectives.
  • Provide investigative thought leadership in measurement through proactive contributions.
  • Influence stakeholders through presentations and written communication.
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to increase and optimize measurement capabilities, employing methods that create opportunities for scale and motivate innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working with advertisement technology products and the online advertising industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical people management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related technical field.
  • Experience with systems design or coding in programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
  • Ability to formulate data-motivated proposals.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, and leadership skills with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
