Job Title: Lead Software Craftsperson

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full stack developer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, SQL Server, React JS, and deployment/DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, writing clean and efficient code, fixing complex bugs, and ensuring the performance and reliability of our products.

This role involves contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing software applications using .NET Core and React JS
  • Focusing on writing clean and efficient code
  • Ensuring the performance and reliability of our products
  • Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Delivering high-quality solutions

Required Skills:

  • 5 to 7 years of professional software development experience
  • Hands-on coding experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, React JS, and T-SQL
  • Strong proficiency in React JS (with hooks, state management, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with software design patterns and architectural principles
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, indexing, stored procedures)
  • Problem-solving skills: strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities to handle complex technical issues
  • Proficient in version control systems like Git/Devops
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus
  • Experience with MicroServices Architecture is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer, AWS Certified Developer, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus
