Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop high-quality assessment items for a Generative AI Foundations certification course.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team to create clear, standards-aligned assessment items that help students master key generative AI concepts and practices.

  • Develop accurate, relevant, and high-quality assessment items aligned with the certification's learning objectives.
  • Ensure assessment items reflect the appropriate Bloom's Taxonomy level and Depth of Knowledge (DOK) standards.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Ethical and Responsible AI Use, and Generative AI in Workplace and Industry Scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Develop assessment items that align with the certification's learning objectives.
  • Ensure assessment items reflect the appropriate Bloom's Taxonomy level and DOK standards.

Instructional Design:

  • Ensure questions, examples, and scenarios directly support the stated learning objectives.
  • Suggest revisions to improve clarity, engagement, and instructional validity.
  • Validate terminology, context, and problem-solving tasks reflect authentic AI use cases and industry practices.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to ensure the course is relevant and impactful.
  • Revise content based on feedback from the team.

Requirements:

Required:

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, generative AI tools, and applications.
  • Prior experience in assessment design, test development, or curriculum development.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms and tools.
  • Experience working within the education sector or with adult/workforce training.
