Job Summary:

As a skilled Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating captivating visuals that align with our brand's overall aesthetic. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to bring ideas to life through design, ensuring consistency and impact in every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Content) to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Develop custom illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual elements as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
