Job Summary

As a Clinical Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for defining project specifications for data management services, including protocol conversion, database build, CRF design, and data review and reconciliation tools. You will work closely with the technical team to configure the centralized data management platform and oversee data cleaning strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Specification Definition

You will define project specifications for data management services, including protocol conversion, database build, CRF design, and data review and reconciliation tools. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.

Centralized Data Management Platform Configuration

Collaborate with the technical team to configure the centralized data management platform, elluminate Data Central, and ensure its integration with existing systems.

Query Management

Develop and execute query management plans to ensure data quality and integrity.

Quality Control

Review and ensure the quality control of team-developed deliverables, covering eCRFs, study documents, program/report specifications, outputs, and elluminate Data Central with analytics modules.

Process Improvement

Actively evaluate and contribute to enhance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

Experience in using AI and ML for anomaly and outlier detection to enhance the efficiency and quality of trial data.

Clinical Trial Operational Analytics (CTOA)

Familiarity with CTOA and the ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable recommendations.

Communication and Teamwork

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
