Job Title: Experienced Software Developer

The ideal candidate will be a skilled software developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring development. They will take on the lead role in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing complex application enhancements and providing general production support.

This includes:

  1. Designing and Developing Applications: Utilizing and participating in the full system development life cycle, per current standards.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  3. Technical Support: Providing required technical support, including release implementations, on-call, and 24x7 supports when necessary.
  4. Project Teamwork: Participating on project teams in various roles, including Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager, based upon level of experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Java/Spring Development Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in Java/Spring development.
  • Microservices Architecture: Exposure to Microservices architecture with REST API.
  • DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience in DevOps tools like Git, Gradle is must.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Knowledge on Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills.
